Almara Beauty makes products that moisturize your skin through the use of natural ingredients. Though our products help soothe certain skin conditions, they are not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any form of disease, health conditions, etc.

Because our products consist of naturally derived ingredients and some preservatives, our products have a shelf life that ranges from 6-12 months. You can find the shelf life for each product in the product description.

Store your products in a dark cool area. Almara Beauty’s amber glass bottles are meant to provide an extra layer of protection from direct sunlight to preserve all the nutrients in our products. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and may vary slightly from batch to batch in color or texture.

In warmer climates, your products may melt into oil form. You may refrigerate it to restore its original texture. All benefits remain the same, even if the texture changes.

Absolutely. We can customize a product, by request, based on the essential oils you would like added. Depending on the added essential oil, pricing may vary. See the essential oil add-on listing for more details.

We use 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils in all of our products. Essential oils will slowly dissolve plastic. We also use glass and tin because we want to positively affect our environment. Glass is recycled to make more glass and can be reused in any way you would like once it's empty. Glass also doesn't contain any harmful chemicals such as BPA, like plastic does.

Essential oils are pure plant oils not synthetic. They come from various species of flowers, grasses, fruits, leaves, and trees. On average, essential oils are 80 times more potent than the dried form of the herb. Essential oils have soothing, anti-inflammatory properties as well as great for smoothing wrinkles.

Scent is such an important part of our identity, something that makes us who we are. Most of our products contain essential oils, but even our most gentle products have fragrance due to the fact that the ingredients themselves have a scent. In order to remove that scent and be truly "fragrance-free", we would have to introduce more synthetics, which isn't the direction that our company wishes to take at this time.
